Gov. Caleb Mutfwang of Plateau State has extended his heartfelt condolences to Gov. Umo Eno of Akwa Ibom State following the passing of his wife, Patience Eno.
This was conveyed in a condolence message released by Mr. Gyang Bere, Director of Press and Public Affairs (DOPPA) to the governor, on Saturday in Jos.
Mutfwang described the late Patience Eno as a pillar of strength to her husband and a valuable asset to humanity.
“Her devotion to family, faith, and community was exemplary, and she was a tremendous blessing to humanity,” the governor said. He further praised her for being a woman of extraordinary integrity, compassion, and humility.
“Her kindness, generosity, and empathy left a lasting impression on all who knew her. Her legacy of justice, fairness, and unwavering commitment to spreading the gospel will continue to inspire many.”
Gov. Mutfwang highlighted that her influence transcended ethnic, religious, and regional boundaries, making her a unifying figure in her community and beyond.
“On behalf of my family, the government, and the people of Plateau, I wish to extend my heartfelt sympathy to Gov. Umo Eno and the people of Akwa Ibom over this great loss,” Mutfwang said in his message.
