Aston Villa will sign Everton midfielder Amadou Onana for a club record £50 million this weekend, according to the UK Sun.
Unai Emery, the manager of Aston Villa, fought off Bayern Munich and Barcelona to sign the 22-year-old.
Onana was previously targeted by Arsenal and Newcastle.
The Belgium international has accepted personal terms on a five-year contract.
He will have a club medical when he returns after his brief sabbatical after representing Belgium at the Euro 2024.
Onana moved to Everton from Lille in a £33 million deal a few years ago.
