Bauchi State Governor, Bala Mohammed, has announced the appointment of Alhaji Aminu Hammayo, Commissioner for Budget, Economic Planning and Multilateral Coordination, as the new Secretary to the State Government.
Hammayo replaces Alhaji Kashim Ibrahim who recently resigned as SSG.
Governor Mohammed also appointed Alhaji Hashimu Yakubu Kumbala as the new Principal Private Secretary (PPS) to the governor, to replace Samaila Adamu Burga, who was recently elected State Chairman of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP).
Hammayo and Kumbala will be sworn in later Friday.
Governor Mohammed stated that the appointments reflect his administration’s commitment to effective and inclusive governance.
