Rivers State Governor, Sir Siminalayi Fubara, has inaugurated Caretaker Committee Chairmen for the 23 Local Government Councils. The swearing-in ceremony, held at the Executive Council Chambers of Government House, followed their screening and confirmation by the House of Assembly during its sitting.
