The Kano State Government has leveled new criminal charges against former Governor Abdullahi Ganduje and former Commissioner for Justice, Musa Lawan. According to the charge sheet (No. K/143c/24), the state government accuses Ganduje and Lawan of contravening Sections 308, 309, 97, and 315 of the penal code. The government plans to call four witnesses to testify in court. However, an arraignment date has yet to be scheduled.
