Kylian Mbappe, the captain of France, resumed light training on Wednesday, sporting a bandage over his fractured nose.
Mbappe sustained the injury during France’s Euro 2024 opener against Austria. Hours before his first public appearance following the incident, the forward posted on Instagram, “Without risks, there are no victories.”
The Real Madrid-bound player underwent additional tests for his nasal injury.
Arriving 30 minutes after his teammates for the late-afternoon practice session, the 25-year-old was seen jogging with the ball alone, accompanied by a trainer. He later engaged in conversation with France coach Didier Deschamps and participated in shooting practice with other players.
