The arrest followed reports of multiple burglaries at Mr. Mumini Kabir’s residence, where valuable items including a motorcycle, phones, a home theater system, and other household goods were stolen. Following thorough investigations, the suspect was apprehended, and all stolen items were recovered.
In a related incident on June 30, 2024, acting on intelligence, the tracking unit apprehended Soliu Jimoh, 33, for the habitual theft of electrical cables and fittings from construction sites in Gaa Ajanaki, Ilorin. Tools and stolen wires were recovered during his arrest.
