The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) will inaugurate two key committees—one focused on reconciliation and the other on discipline—on August 21, according to a statement by the party’s Publicity Secretary, Debo Ologunagba, on Friday in Abuja.
The 25-member Reconciliation Committee will be chaired by Prince Olagunsoye Oyinlola, former Governor of Osun State, with Sen. Ibrahim Dankwambo, former Governor of Gombe State, serving as Secretary.
Meanwhile, the 26-member Disciplinary Committee will be chaired by Chief Tom Ikimi, with Eyitayo Jegede as Secretary. Other notable members of the committee include Malam Ibrahim Shekarau, Chief Olabode George, Margaret Icheen, Dr. Sam Egwu, and Alhaji Abubakar Baraje.
