The Katsina State Police Command has announced the successful elimination of a suspected bandit in Ketare Ward, Kankara Local Government Area (LGA).
In a statement issued on Tuesday in Katsina, the command’s Public Relations Officer, ASP Abubakar Sadiq-Aliyu, revealed that the incident occurred at Bulunkuza village in Tudun Wada Ward, Kankara LGA. Alongside the neutralized bandit, an AK-47 rifle was recovered.
“Information was received at the Kankara Divisional Police Headquarters that bandits, armed with dangerous weapons, attacked Gidan Dan Ali village in Kankara LGA,” Sadiq-Aliyu stated.
