Private jets operating commercial flights in form of charter have been warned to desist from such operations or risk losing their licenses.
Revealing this on Friday, during the unveiling of “NCAA Project 2024,” the acting Director-General of the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA), Capt. Chris Najomo, said private jet operating charter flights are engaging in illegal activities.
He said any private jet company desirous of operating charter flights should apply for the licences.
Najomo said that commercial flights could only be handled by those who holds Air Transport Licence (ATL), Airline Operating Permit (AOP) and Air Operator Certificate (AOC)
