BT Vandi, a retired colonel of the Nigerian Army, was found dead in a hotel within the Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA) base camp in Buruku, Plateau State.
The retired officer checked into the hotel and was discovered deceased on July 16, 2024. His body was found by an attendant around 3:20 p.m.
According to a military signal obtained by pathway Reporters, the body of the deceased has been moved to the 3 Division Military Hospital in Jos for further investigation into the circumstances surrounding his death.
